Capitan Ticong Townhomes II Phase 2

After the successful launch of Capitan Ticong II Phase I, Phase II is now under construction. Capitan Ticong Townhomes II is a few walks away from Leon Guinto Street, one of the busiest streets and important locations in Manila. The townhouse lies at the very heart of the City of Manila, just a few meters away from De La Salle University, College of St. Benilde and St. Scholastica’s College and other important places such as church, malls, public transport, government offices, banks and highways are all nearby. Construction began in August, 2008 and is expected to be completed in January, 2009.
Capitan Ticong Townhomes II Phase II is a 9-unit project which offers a variety of unit sizes to fit the needs of the homeowner. Floor areas range from 125 sqm to 259 sqm. and units are priced from P4.420 Million to P8.855 Million with financing terms available.
Buyers will be assured of usual fine workmanship and more improved features that Trans-Phil townhouses are known for. Like our previous projects, it is a three (3) storey townhouse which consists of the typical Trans-Phil design, having three (3) bedrooms with one (1) maid’s room, 3 to 4 toilets and baths, 1 or 2 car garage, living room, dining and kitchen area, a service/ laundry area, and a covered deck on the third floor for some units. The 3 bedrooms have ready-made aircon wall openings with power outlet, telephone outlets, cable TV outlets and a conduit ready for aerial antenna. Toilets and baths at the 2nd floor are installed with hot & cold shower. As for safety, the units are equipped with smoke detector and a fire extinguisher at the kitchen area plus each bedroom has its own emergency fire exit. A two-station burglar alarm system is fittingly installed at the ground floor of each unit to further bolster the owner’s safety from intruders.
This project, however, is unique from the rest that we have completed and sold before. The private driveway of few meters which will lead you to the townhouse compound from Capitan Ticong Street makes the ambience more private and serene, away from the hustle and bustle of the busy streets just a few meters away.
The following four different payment schemes are available to buyers/investors:
1. Spot Cash (the whole amount is payable in 15 days)
2. Bank Financing up to 15 years term
3. In-House Financing up to maximum 5 years term
4. Interest-free Deferred Cash payable in 12 months.
We offer assistance to buyers wanting to avail of bank financing through BPI Family Savings Bank.
