Real Estate Marketing and Sales

The Company has a 20% interest in the equity of each of the five (5) Fil-Estate marketing companies. All property developments of FEPI and FEGDI will be exclusively marketed and sold by these companies and other marketing companies wherein FELI will have a significant equity interest.

Fil-Estate Realty Corporation (FERC) is the forerunner of the Fil-Estate Group and was established in 1981 by the founding shareholders

Fil-Estate Marketing Associates, Inc. (FEMAI) was formed in 1990 as the first satellite marketing company of the Fil-Estate Group.

Fil-Estate Network, Inc. (FENI)was organized as the second satellite marketing company in July 1992.

Fil-Estate Sales, Inc. (FENI)was formed in 1993 as the third satellite marketing company.

Fil-Estate Realty Sales Associates, Inc. (FERSAI) is the fourth satellite marketing company of the Group which was formed in 1995.
