FEPI was incorporated in 13 February 1990 and became a wholly-owned subsidiary of FELI in May 1994. FEPI is engaged in horizontal and vertical residential commercial property developments. This subsidiary will also develop land acquired by FELI as well as continue seeking and entering into development project agreements with landowners.

FEPI’s activities involve the development of properties into residential subdivisions in various parts of Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, and low and medium-rise projects in Metro Manila.
