About Trans-Phil Builders

Trans-Phil Builders Corporation is a Makati City-based Philippine company that specializes in building townhouses in prime and convenient locations in the heart if Metro Manila, specifically in Malate, Singalong and San Andres, Manila; Makati, Mandaluyong and San Juan. Our projects can be described as 1) conveniently located 2) high quality in terms of layout and workmanship, and 3) reasonably priced.

It is part of the Trans-Phil Group in business for 33 yrs (since 1973) with P500 Million in Total Assets and Total Net Worth of P164 Million as of December 31, 2005. Our company itself was established in 1975 as a general construction company. It caught the boom years in overseas construction, particularly in the Middle East, having participated in large scale projects with German partners.

When the boom years in overseas construction petered out in the early 1990s, Trans-Phil returned home to the Philippines. With its valuable experience gained abroad it has since concentrated in building quality residential townhouses and commercial buildings in Manila and Makati.
